Access DB- Set All Fields to Allow Zero Length

Hi,
I'm using an Access DB and I want all my text fields and memo fields to accept a zero length string. What's the best/fastest way for me to do that?

Ummm, basically you mean to not have anything in them @ all? Is Design View of the table, just have that field as not required...is that not working??
