Photoshop 5.5 link exchange banners

Hi, I am trying to learn how to make link exchange size banners in photoshop 5.5. I want to learn both static and animated banners. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Where are you getting stuck? It seems to me that you just need to create images of the correct size (468x60 pixels is fairly common)...
