Help section errors

I don't know if this is the bug report page, but everyone seems to use it as if it were so here it goes:

The Help page has so many errors (missing or wrong pages) that I won't even list them all. Special attention is placed on the "Forums" section. Are you still writing that page?

Also, where did the smilies list go? Is it supposed to be under "Forums > Using Graphics", if it is then that's not working either.

I don't want to bother too much, I just need the smilies list back!

If you need the smilies table back, you can check on vbulletin.com/forum etc for it until Wayne gets around to it.

Smilies are linked to the left of the text box where you enter in your messages under "Quick Guide:"
