In search of a favelet/bookmarklet

Mayhaps anyone around here knows...

I'm looking for a favelet (or actually ANY other method) to automatically show ALL CSS rules applied to a certain element (including inherited rules).

Anyone who can help me? I need it to figure out why vb3's wysiwyg editor changes looks whenever I move it to a different page - even though I THINK I have set all the CSS the same...
