    $HTTP_REFERER problem

Hi guys, this is my 1st post. Im having a problem with $HTTP_REFERER return.

(1st, sorry about my english mistakes, im doing my best).

Ok. Ive a site with a JavaScript Hirarchical menu and a file included in all pages which puts a register on the DB with the $HTTP_REFERER (that sould allow me to control which pages take my users to that specific part of my site...).

The $http_referer works well when the links isnt on that javascript menu... but when the link is located at the javascript menu... $http_referer returns nothing.

    Two questions:
Why and How to solve this??

    (i hope u understood me :])

    tnx. bye

Perhaps because Javascript is client side and php is server side?
