I have started a Wallpapers site, but now need some Origional Wallpapers, not ilegal... Here is a Person making me cool wallpapers in a Graphic Software, so i get from him and add on my site will this make any copyright problem ?

You can't use compyrighted photos as the basis of your wallpapers...

you may have problems offering screenshots from movies and cartoons as wallpaper. especially if they are not official ones (ie. watching a dvd on your pc and hitting print screen)

I know its not the question, but looking at a site in your sig, i saw a cartoon section. Not saying you did just print screen, but if you ever did it would probabbly be illegal
