Using the Media Bar

Hi, I am using the Media bar on my site. I have links in them, but what target page would I use? They all open in the same Media bar. I have tried window.parent.document.location, etc. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance for any help!

I found out that the target is:

_main

How would I use this in JavaScript? I have tried main.document.location, but It doesn't work!
