    remove

    Hi there,

I am creating a javascript shopping cart. I have a total of three pages. The first page is where the products are, the second page is where it shopping cart page where it calculates the users order, and the last page is the checkout page. The product page and the the shopping cart page are in the same browser woindow, but one is in the left hand frame and the other in the right hand-side frame. I have succesfully got it to add to the shopping cart when the user clicks add to cart, but i now want it when the user clicks the remove from cart, it actually takes the item out of the order, how could this be done?

If you want to see some of the code that i am using then just ask

    thanks

    edd

Hi edd, Welcome to SitePoint Forums!

Yes, we'll need to see your implementation before we can make suggestions. Is the site online?

Delete the item from the array, or set quantity to zero, then in displaycart() don't write any items with qty 0.

    That's pretty slick!
