    White space in tables

    Hello all,

    I have the following code

    HTML Code:
    <table width="220" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111">
      <!--Hosting Box-->
      <td width = "220">
        <tr>
          <td class="NormRow">
            <img src="images/hosthead.gif" width="220" height="33">
          </td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td>
            <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111">
              <tr>
                <td width="3" bgcolor="6097CF">
                  <img src="images/spacer.gif" width="3" height="5">
                </td>
                <td class="NormRow">&nbsp;
                </td>
                <td height="155" valign="top" class="NormRow">
                  <p align="center">
                    <img border="0" src="images/dfwdbox.gif" hspace="3" vspace="3" align="left" width="73" height="68">
                  </p>
                  <p>We have a range of hosting plans starting from under 5 per month with a free domain for as long you are with us.
                  </p>
                  <font color="#0000ff">
                    <a href="" >To find out more about our hosting services and features click here &gt;&gt;
                    </a>
                  </font>
                </td>
                <td width="5" bgcolor="6097CF">
                  <img src="images/spacer.gif" width="5" height="5">
                </td>
              </tr>
            </table>
          </td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td class="NormRow">
            <img src="images/hostfoot.gif" width="220" height="14">
          </td>
        </tr>
      </td>
      <!--Hosting Box-->
    </table>
    The NormRow class in the css sheet looks like this:

    Code:
    .NormRow{background:#FFFFFF;text-valign: center;font-size:11px;font-family:verdana,arial}
    It's all working except I get a small white gap at the top of each box, to see what I mean I have put a test page up: http://www.bigturnip.co.uk/itest.html

    This is really annoying me because I can't see where it is coming from, If anyone can shed some light it would be much appreciated.

    White space in tables

    Hi

    Find this line:

    HTML Code:
    <TD class=NormRow><IMG height=33 src="deleteme_files/hosthead.gif"
                width=220>YOU HAVE A SPACE HERE</TD></TR>
    See where I've put YOU HAVE A SPACE HERE?

    Well, you have, and you shouldn't.

    Hi,

    Or this will work as well .

    Add this to your stylesheet:

    Code:
    .NormRow img {display:block}
