Replace function in Dreamweaver

Does anyone know if there is an option in Dreamweaver 3 which lets you replace say all the "a"s with "b"s in an HTML document?

I have two types of ' in some of my pages. They show up right on most computers but for some it shows up as an "?". I'd like an easy and quick way to replace them, because on my computer they look exactly the same.

Dreamweaver does have a search and replace facility. It can be located under the Edit menu!
