I am working on updating our site and I wanted to print an HTML document but was unable to print anything else than the first page - it is 2 pages long.

It does actually spit out the second page but with only the header and footer, no text is printed. Even the Print Preview only shows the text on one page and the second page blank. Does anyone has any idea where the error might come from. It is most likely my code that is interfering because I can print pages from other sites that are longer than 1 page without a problem.

    Anyone???

    Elledan,

I used FP2000 to create the page, it did create some problems. For example, most pages are missing the end tags: </body> and </html> but even when I corrected it the problem remained.

I used IE 5.5 to view the page and try to print. It does print w/o a problem other sites (like sitepoint for example). I should try on Netscape but have not done so yet.

    The URL is:

    http://63.241.173.7

It is a WIP, so everything is not working yet, a more or less typical page would be:

    http://63.241.173.7/us/en/mojito.html

This is really strange, I hope you can help,

    olivier

The page you linked to ( http://63.241.173.7/us/en/mojito.html ) showed up in the browser (Netscape 4.76) after three tries. Except for a few tiny graphical glitches it looks ok.

When using the print-preview feature of NS, the whole page shows up ok. Complete with everything.
    Maybe it's just IE?

Thanks for the update, I will try Netscape and see what happens. This is really weird though. There must be something messing with IE, cause I tried on an NT machine with IE 5 and experienced the same problem.

I am thinking about importing the site in Dreamweaver and try to re-tune it and see what happens.

    Thanks again.

    Olivier
