inline frames-automatically full size

Hi,
I'm using inline frames for part of my site and am having a problem with the size.

The page that I'm putting in the frame is constantly changing size and I am wondering if there's a setting that will automatically set the size of the fram to the size of the page. If I set the height to a constant like 300 pixels, then sometimes it's too long and sometimes too short.

Please let me know how I can automatically set the size of my inline frame. Thank you!
