    I need some advice

    Hi, i'm a new webdesigner, in fact I don't even consider myself a webdesigner yet but I have a small personal website to make for my friend i dont know where to start I can't design well yet, I have seen templates and i saw this site click here do you think these tools are safe to use? its going to be an html website with about 5-7 pages.

    Hello

    I am no authority, but welcome to the world of web design.

    There are alot of great resources on the net for learning the basics of web design.

    Here is one link: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

    Give that a look first and if you need some help making sense of what they are saying, post here again and I am sure the people that no what they are talking about, and I will offer some advice.

    I totaly agree with Johnny Gulag but let me add this:
    In the last time I frequently notice that w3schools seems to stop refreshing the content - in fact their tutorials are very basic in the area of CSS for example. So what I want to say: work thourgh their XHTML/CSS tutorials, play around a little bit and look for new stuff since what you learn there is not all there is.
