customizing phpbb

I just finished installing phpbb for a client. It's the first time I have worked with it. I'm also new to PHP so be patient :-)

Can someone point me to the files where I would remove the phpbb logo at the top and also add the clients header and footer includes?

You will want to take a look at overall_header.tpl and overall_footer.tpl - both of these are in the templates/subSilver directory.

I couldn't find anything like that in Admin. Just a place to change the styles and upload new templates. I like the default look I just want to add my own header and footer.

There is nothing like that in the admin panel, dunno what he's talking about...

As was said, templates/subSilver is where you'll find overall_header.tp and overall_footer.tpl. Those files contain the HTML code for the header and footer respectively
