    mkdir() not working?

    Warning: mkdir(/home/..../public_html/test): Permission denied in /home/..../create_folder.php on line 29

    I am trying to make a folder using mkdir() in public_html without changing the CHMOD to 0777 for public_html. Cause I know that you can create a folder using a FTP program, why not mkdir? -_-

    i would suggest putting it behind another directory so your public_html directory is not at a permission of 777.
