    hi,

When I try to copy text from an e-mail in outlook express into dreamweaver 4 the sentences do not apply correctly ie. they are not full lines. this is due to the format the e-mail has been sent it...does anyone know how to get round this and solve the problem through dreamweaver?

    thanks
    gordon

Try using Eudora as an email client.
    Its free from http://www.eudora.com.
I use it and you can save email as HTML that comes out perfectly formatted in Dream Weaver!

You could try Eudora, but the underlying problem lies in the actual e-mail 'width' itself. Outlook allows the sender to specify how wide an e-mail is (usually around 70-76 characters) before the text in the e-mail 'wraps'. I believe that causes the problem and you might need to edit the text (or underlying HTML) manually once you import it into DreamWeaver.
My 2 Cents (or is that 2.2 Cents including GST?)

Get Eudora - you know it makes sense, you can even import your Outlook Address book!
