If you're refering to the "iframe" tag, I beleive so. I didn't check but I think the problem is only with Netscape 4.0 and below.

Also, if I'm not mistaken "iframe" is accepted at true HTML 4.0 now.

yeah, I knew they were html 4.0 but since when do Netscape care, lol

Netscape 4.x and lower doesn't support IFrames. IFrames are supported by Netscape 6 and next versions.
