I'm looking for a review for another one of my sites, The Music Site (http://music.neopages.com). It's quite a different style (I hope) than my other entry for review, the antiques network (which was http://antiques.neopages.com).

Anyway, I need some feedback on that layout... I wonder if that's a viable style for a site with a lot of content? Any comments, anyone?

Oh yeah... before mr. edshuck goes and blasts me for the lack of accesskey, could he please enlighten me as to what these do, how to incorporate them, etc. ? i code for NS and IE, not W3c, unfortunately...

    Hi
    Jobs
Are you a highly motivated individual? Well, we don't care right now because we aren't hiring. Sorry
The above is probably not the image you want to set for your company.

    Your links link is dead.

    Positives

    Consistent color. Very readable.

    Negatives

    Need some music buttoms.

    Accessability is not used.

    more later.

    peace

Great work! It has an awesome colour scheme, cool navigation and shapes, and a fairly good load time. I've added your site to my bookmarks and will visit often. I like the Napster resource, too. I don't see anything wrong with it, nicely done!

    honging,
Pretty impressive design. What software did you use to design it?

I'm not really sure I like the numbers left of the buttons on the navigation bar.

Load time is simply fantastic. I tested it on several different modem speeds and even on a 36.6 it popped up almost instaneously! Which is especially cool because you apparently used several graphics in the design of the cool squarishness of your site instead of the traditional rounded edges.

Also, it looks especially clean because of the lack of gaudy banner ads and such.

Great asthetically pleasing, easy on the eyes colors.

Your home link does not work.

Overall probably a 7.5 website. Could easily be higher if you had more content.

Hmm..The design is good..the colours are just right suitable.

However, there seems to be something with the layout...
It could be the bends at the bottom.
Maybe you might want to make it level...just striaght horizontal.

Regarding the 4 icons in the middle, the coour contrast to the rest of the design is too dark.
Try lightening the tone of the colour.

You did a great job on this site!

The colour scheme is good and pleasing to the eye.
The Navigation is great and easy to follow.
I really like the design. Its very original.

About what mr.edshuck said about the jobs section. He is absolutely correct. It certainly is not the image I would want to present of my company.

Perhaps in the Bands section you could turn each of the images into links.

The Title tags are all good.

Overall, great site and design. I will definately show it to my coleagues.

One more point: its a great site with good content. Why not increase the sites value by adding a newsletter for users to sign up.

    Very nice!!!
I loved the colour scheme, the menu style, the template, and the readability. Just one suggestion, maybe put some colour in your logo, probably use the blue of your template. I also liked the Napster resource. Well done!

Your link is down...so I can't give you the review I would have liked to. I'll keep checking it out. Sounds like it was working before.
