A good reliable PHP based counter?

I am looking for a reliable PHP coutner. I would like one that only logs IP's once so you can't skew the results by hitting refresh. It can be flat-file or database (mySQL), I can use both.

I have downloaded several from http://www.Hotscripts.com and http://www.find-script.com/ but I have not found one that I really like.
