Flash expert needed....

Hi guys,

Thought some of you flash people would be interested in talking to this guy. He emailed me looking for someone to help him on a project, and I don't know enough about doing flash to be of any use to him.

So, I figured I'd pass this along so somebody could maybe make a buck, or two helping this guy with his project.

Here's the email he senty me...

I hope you don't mind me writing to you via The Laughingbird Software forum. I'm emailing all the members of the forum.

I have a quick question.

I'm in need of a Flash animation expert for a new project I'm working on. If you know of anybody that you could put me in touch with, I'd be interested in speaking with them.

I need a Flash Cartoonist. Somebody who knows Flash inside and out, and who loves cartooning!

Sure but I think that this thread should be in The Trading Post forum. There are a lot of Flashers out here & if put in the right forum, this sure can generate a good response.

We'll, last I heard the guy hasn't had anyone contact him about his need for flash work.

I guess nobody wants to work!

If there's a job, you have to contact them if you want to work. You don't expect the man with the work to contact you if you need the work.

I never understood why some folks that need work expect work to call on them. It's not usually going to happen that way.

If you want it, you have to get up and go get it.
That's how to be a "go getter"

Of course, on the other side of the coin the least the guy could do is write back and let you know that he's already found someone.

This is probably why he didn't write back. I would think he would want to be nice to ya in the event the guy he's currently using doesn't workout.

Just seems like both consumer & supplier should be polite to each other in potential business dealings.

But, I could be wrong...
