    color change on input with XP IE6

    I use CSS styles on my input fields for my quick contact form. In NN7 and Firebird they look fine. I'm running XP and when browsing on IE6 the background colors on the input fields turn yellow instead of the tanish color they are supposed to be. I have a feeling this is a setting in IE on XP, if so can it be overwritten or changed with a CSS hack?

    *** line from style sheet ***
    input { background-color: #F5F3EB; font-size: 10px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: normal; color: #5E606F; border: 1px solid #999999 }

    (I'm sure there is probably a way to clean that up too)

    Thanks,
    Keegan

    PS - input fields where the <form> was disabled work fine in IE6 on the following page http://www.cocorobot.com/client-access/

    After browsing around a while today I've noticed IE6 seems to make different input box on other sites yellow as well. However on some other sites only 2 out of 4 of the inputs are yellow. I still can't seem to find a common reason why this is happening.

    Incase you didn't realize I just upgraded to XP so I never noticed this happening before on win98.

    Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

    EDIT ****

    Instead of using a javascript why not just change the field names to something that autofill won't recognize as usable fields. Either something mixed with numbers or some like formnameinput?
