what's your experience with Monster Commerce?
good?
bad?
ugly?
is it easy to design as far as layout goes? can customers (end users) easily work the system w/o having to call you?
thanks for your insights_________________________

They seem good for starters but we have had to clients / merchants contact us to switch. One just wanted a cheaper rate. The other one - she wanted a cheaper rate & faster web hosting. MonsterCommerce offered her a faster server but for $700.

I'm currently on Monstercommerce. It's my first experience with running an online store. It takes a long time to setup products and its a bit pricy for me. I'm considering moving my store to my standard web hosting service and use oscommerce instead but I have a bit more research to do.

Thanks. It's all a drop-ship business so I don't have to maintain any inventory.

I've been with Monster nearly 1 year now.
I can't speak highly enough about their customer driven development. They truly listen to what it is we want and put it into the development plans.
On top of that, when you call for customer support/tech support ... they flat out rock. 24/7 someone is there to help ... a live person.
It may cost a few $$ more to go with Monster Commerce, but when it's 10 p.m. and things aren't going as you'd planned, when you call and someone helps, suddenly the few dollars more just doesn't matter.Buttonworks.biz
