I don't trust Macromedia. I don't use Dreamweaver or UltraDev because I'm not a designer or an artist. I feel constricted in a WYSIWYG environment.
If, in the future, I have to buy Dreamweaver or UltraDev to get my hands on the latest ColdFusion Studio (which they better not mess up), they'll have lost a loyal Allaire customer.

Feeling constricted in a wysiwyg environment is no longer a problem with DreamWeaver (UltraDev) 4. You can switch between three environments: 1 purely wysiwyg, 1 half wysiwyg, half source-code and 1 100% source code, without a single bit of wysiwyg.
I first used DW 3, but since it's almost worthless when you use PHP for your sites, I mainly used Edit+, but now I've tried DW UD 4, I use it reguarly.www.nyanko.ws - My web-, software- and game development company.

I've used it. Problem is, it can't hold a candle to the ColdFusion Studio.
I refuse to pay for a WYSIWYG package when I'm not going to use it as such.
