You will need to use some sort of server-side scripting such as ASP, PHP or .NET. If you are using ASP, you will need to use an uploading component (although there is an alternative method using the IIS Dictionary and FSO components that are pre-installed - if you need the code, let me know and I'll dig it out for you).

If you're not very familiar with a serverside scripting language, there might be external services that allow for this sort of facility.

    Hi:

You can visite http://php.resourceindex.com/ and search for pre-made scripts or complete apps to do right you want. You only need a hosting that supports PHP and maybe MySQL.

Probably best to look around the SitePoint Hosting Forums for a good value PHP hosting package (or even put in a request).

I have a Windows 2000 hosting package if you're interested but it looks like you're happy to go the PHP route (which in all fairness is better for any beginner!)

If you're going the PHP route, I would highly suggest http://www.doorhost.net. I've used them for around a month or two and when I say they are the best for the price and support, I honestly mean that.
