Currently I'm using Flycast, FastClick and Burst and Dart on a few pages. With the recent changes on Flycast, I'm trying to re-evaluate how I'm using my inventory. My site http://www.powwows.com delivers about 300,000 banner impressions per month.

The way I have it set up now is with Flycast adcode on the pages. Flycast is setup to deliver FastClick for defaults and FastClick is setup to deliver Burst ads for defaults.

Should I use a banner rotation program??

Are there other networks I should switch to?

I only use Dart on a few pages because they require two banners.

    Any suggestions would be great.

    thanks for the help!

I think your setting is perfect. If you plan on using a banner rotation script count on heavy increase in server resources. If you own a dedicated server then there is no problem.

Is everyone seeing a decrease in the revenue?

So far this month on Flycast I'm down to a Gross of $49.07. With an unsold inventory of 83%.

    That seems really bad.

Yes. You can do a search on this forum and see lots of complaints about flycast(engage)

One in particular I remember is this fella who went from a few thousand a month to less than $100.

Try to figure out your CPM rates. You may consider a CPC model. I get about .4 CPM running valueclick ads. If you joined say advertising.com which runs better CPC ads then you could get over even 1 CPM running CPC ads. Its worth a shot when you're making so little.
