WinXP and PHP4.3.4 - Does XSL-T work okay via DOM ??

Does anyone know for sure just how stable XSL-T transformation is with this version of PHP ?

At the moment I use the IIS server though I can't see how this'd change things much. I am not prepared to use PHP5 at this time either, ie I cannot really wait

Any views are welcome, thanks for just now.

EDIT: Here is what appears under PHPs information

For some reason I cannot enable the php_xlst.dll extension, even though I have the icon_v.dll and the latest lib* dlls under D:/windows/system32.

    I need some help
