Ecom software needs

I have been looking around for some time for a ecommerce software package that fits our needs (checked previous posts, but couldn't find anything). I am looking for the following:

1. ASP or ASP.NET
2. SQL back-end
3. Code (possibly coupon) that when entered we can give discounts on specific products. (this is the main thing I have not seen software do)
4. Ability to track customers based on the previously mentioned code.
5. Upsell/Cross sell products
6. Track packages
7. Product group based discounts

The softwares closest to our needs are AbleCommerce and StoreFront.net.

Anyone out there know of any other high-end ecommerce software that may be able to help?

Usually it is better to have the cart built for you - sometimes it is cheaper & you do not have to pay a monthly fee. For something like that using ASP / MSSQL you are probably looking at about $600 or so
