how do you create coloured scroll bars like thos at

I believe, however, that this effect works in only Internet Explorer 5.5 - so most surfers will not see it. However, I think it will catch on.
I had a link somewhere that pointed to a tutorial on the subject, but unfortunatly I cannot find it now. Sorry.

Netscape will not support colour scrollbar unless you use Flash of something.
