    how do you create coloured scroll bars like thos at

    I believe, however, that this effect works in only Internet Explorer 5.5 - so most surfers will not see it. However, I think it will catch on.

    I had a link somewhere that pointed to a tutorial on the subject, but unfortunatly I cannot find it now. Sorry.

    No. You can email Netscape and ask them to add this feature though. It isn't W3C compliant but that never stopped them before.

    Netscape will not support colour scrollbar unless you use Flash of something.

    I don't like them myself. I think that they ditract from the purpose of a website and don't really add anything.
