Help! Possible Display Problem on Mac OSX

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I'll go ahead and ask anyway...

I have a client who is running a Mac with OSX but I don't have access to a Mac to test their website on. Would anybody be able to help me?

According to the client, the images on this page are vertically aligned to the top of the screen.

However, on my PC in IE, Mozilla and Opera, the images are horizontally and vertically centred (as it should be).

Can somebody with access to a Mac please take a look at this and let me know if it is a Mac problem or something else...

    Hi,

I'm sorry but I don't have a mac so I can't really help but there is a free screen capture facility here:
    http://www.danvine.com/icapture/detail/31688.html

This will show your page as viewed on a mac. (Obviously it may not be the same version that you require as I know nothing about macs).

One thing I notice in your css that may have something to do with it is that you have specified top:50% for your images but there is nothing in the parent to for this to be based on.

Try putting a 100% height on the body tag (and parent of the image if there is one) (or even html, body {height:100%} although I have heard that macs may not like this either).

Sorry I can't be specific as I don't have access to a mac.

    Paul

Just checked it and it is aligned at the top with IE5. It looks ok with Netscape 7 and Safari.

Thanks for that, I should of known it was specifically an IE Mac thing! :-)

Does anybody know what would be causing this on that particular version?
