Did anyone notice that on both http://www.devshed.com and http://www.php.net , in the top-right corner of the page, they let you see the source code of the page.

IE, the PHP and MySQL behind thier site. Pity Sitepoint doesn't do this...

Since they're following open source sites!
That's nice though, don't know where we could see the password included file? Just kidding!

    Yes I noticed that

It would be pretty awesome if SitePoint went into the open source community, but I know they have no plans of doing so.

Pity, yes, but understandable. It makes a lot of sense for PHP.net to do so, since it's open-source, and strives to provide code examples easily in additional to the manual format - which isn't exactly an easy to follow tutorial

SP provides code in its tutorials and forums - a different way, but still a useful one.

Ever notice how slow devshed loads in comparsion to how many queries they run on that main page.
Please don't PM me with questions.
Use the forums, that is what they are here for.
