    Ok, here is a stupid question, I set CSS as hover, link and visited on my page

    link=blue
    hover=red
    visited=grey

    My question is, I want the link change color to red even if that link is visited. As I setup above, if the link already visited, it won't change color when hover it, meaning it stays as gray still. How can I make it change color when mouse over even if it get visited? please, please help.

    Try this between your head tags.

    Code:
    <style type="text/css">
    a:link { color : #0000FF; text-decoration: none}
    a:visited { color : #808080; text-decoration: none}
    a:hover { color : #FF0000; text-decoration: underline}
    a:active { color : #808080; text-decoration: none}
    </style>
    hope it helps.

    God Bless

    Hello,

    You never know. How about using a javaScript and doing 'onMouseOver'? It could work, but I'm unsure about it.

    I don't think you COULD use JAVA unless you had a text re-place going on... hmmm... it would be time consuming... it won't work in NS but, it will in IE just using CSS...

    if you want the link to stay like that even if its visited.

    <style type="text/css">
    a:link {color: blue;}
    a:hover {color: red;}
    a:visited {color: gray;}
    a:visited:hover {color: red;}
    </style>
