    Hi

I'm sorry if this isn't the appropriate forum for this but it seemed to be the best one.

I have a problem. I created a logo for my site last year using the font 'Data'. Since then I've formatted my hard disk and I lost the font.

I've searched the web and the font sites and cannot find this font! Please could someone help me out here. I don't know the exact file name but if you have a font called data you can compare it to the logo at:
    http://www.gowansnet.com

If anyone has this font please let me know.

    Thanks a lot

    Hey all,
To go along with this topic, I am in the same situation with a different font. I recently had to format my drive and ended up losing all of the fonts I had collected because I forgot to back them up. I know that I found them by using http://www.thefreesite.com but I can't find them on any of the sites listed on there now.

The two I am having trouble finding again are:
    Tiger Rag
    Rage Italic

There are a few others, but I feel confident that I can find them again myself.

    Thanks guys!

You will probably be able to find a font similar to what you need in the amazing 3dcafe fonts package. It's all free (you have to check the copyrights yourself ) at http://store.yahoo.com/lib/3dcafe/fonts.zip . 15MB file.

Oh, and it has about 300 fonts. It adds a bit to the loading time of Photoshop but it's worth it. Unzip into your C:\winnt\fonts or C:\windows\fonts directory. If you can't find them, you need to open the subdirectory Winzip put in there and copy into \fonts.

    davidg,

Have you tried searching at http://www.fontasy.org ? They have most every decorative font imaginable listed there for download.

Isaiah, Rage Italic is actually the font I used for the logo on my site So if you want it just drop me an email and I'd be more than happy to send it to you.
