    I am not 100% sure what you are trying to do, howver if you perhaps try the clear: left; in the div that you are using to clear to the next line, I am not 100% sure if you want the image to sit on the next line?

    You have a bunch of css in the body of your page, but nothing in the head that references it. For instance if you have

    div class="foo"

    in the body, somewhere you need to have a reference

    .foo {width:100%;} either in an external stylesheet that is referenced by a link in the head:

    link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://foo.com"

    or by putting the css in the head of the html page with a tag like so:
    <style type="text/css">
    <!--
    .foo {width:100%;}
    -->
    </style>

    Now maybe you have this somewhere, but it isn't where it should be in your code.

    Your html tags match. They're your < > tags, but you need to put in the css correctly. Try a tutorial at W3C schools. They are a good resource for learning how to code html and css.
