Mozilla Touble: File Attribute

I have a text box with type="FILE". If you already know, it will show a text box with a browse button.

I am trying to capture a path with file name:
e.g //myLocalServer/myfile.swf

When I process this information IE manages to return the complete path with the file name while Mozilla only processes the file name.I am coding in ASP .NET. However, it doesn't matter in this case. How can achieve the same behaviour in Mozilla?
