Quicktime - Streaming & File Size ?'s

Im trying to export some quicktime videos for web streaming.
Does anyone have advice about proper compression and export settings to keep the file size small but the video at a high quality?

I usually use 320x240 at 16bpp and 10 frames per second. They're usually about 10MB for 3 minutes, so about 3MB/min.

They will also stream perfectly on a 416kbps DSL connection.
