Border Top Won't Show Up!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. When I view this page in IE 6.0 on a PC the CSS border top doesn't show up around the image. The weird thing is that it will show up when you click on the image to enlarge although it seems a bit faded. Anyone know why this is happening?

Try this instead:

.border { border: 2px solid #C9B35D;}

and your HTML Code

instead of
<span class="border"><img height="158" width="200" src="images/in_the_harbor.jpg" border="0"></span>

use

<img class="border" src="image/location.jpg" alt="alt">
