    Solution for accepting donations

OK ... here's the story. I am about to develop a site for a friend to raise fund for his operation ($80,000). Now ... what are the options that I have for accepting donations ... ??

Paypal - good but don't cover my country
iKobo - low credit limit ... they allow only $500 in the account
Western Union - too expensive fee ...

At this point I am thinking about a proper credit card payment solution ... any suggestion guys ...

oh yeah ... preferably ... without merchant account

Check out www.sporg.com - they can sometimes help with online donations & you will have your own merchant account. They are doing a total re-structuring right now (which I am somewhat involved in & one of my companies will be offering the same thing - but not until a couple of months) but hopefully they will also be able to help you.

    Thanks Beley.

Kidio...if these donations are charitable, we will process them for free. Basically, what happens is we treat you like a regular merchant and then return the fees and commissions to you on a monthly basis...that serves as our contribution. If the donations are not charitable, we would still be more than happy to work with you...

    Cheers
