tForum - anyone had trouble?

My friend installed and using it w/o a problem.
So what is the problem you are having? Or we should guess

Actually, I haven't had a problem.. I'm just trying to find a good PHP-based bulletin system, and this one seems decent. So I thought I'd ask to see if people have been having trouble with it.. before I start mucking around myself. That's why I wasn't sure if this was the right area to post my question..

Check out several scripts, choose the one you like best, then go for it. Got problem, ask SPF, get bored with it (i mean before you open to public), change to another one!

tForum is very, very good. As long as you follow all the instructions and you have access to the MySQL DB (or you let your MySQL administrator know that you need to create a new DB) then you should be fine.

There have been some reports of some installation problems here and there, but nothing not known to the creator (Toan). Keep an eye out on their forum in case you do run into trouble.
