Form redirect question, please help.

Hi all,
I would like to find out how I can redirect the user to a new URL after submitting a message form?

I am intergrating a newsletter signup script (which i don't have access to the code) to my website and I was hoping I can use my own Thank You page instead of their.

I don't mind using any Javascript or anything code that would help me get this task done.
