    Unhappy cron

    I have read this article about cron:
    http://www.sitepoint.com/article/1196
    the article says in windows it is called scheduled tasks, but all the article is developed under LINUX.
    Ohh...I use Windows (Windows me Xd)...ohh...what do I have to do?
    I'd like to use cron...
    Regards from Spain.

    I have read the thread you posted me and it has guided me to do that:
    I have this php script called mail2.php
    PHP Code:
    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Un formulario de mail</title>
    </head>
    <body>
    <?
    $sender_email
    ="marinabb28@hotmail.com";
    $sender_name="Marina";
    $message="prueba de cron";

    //no se te ha olvidado nada por poner
    $to="objobj@hotmail.com";
    $subject="Feedback";
    $mailheaders="FROM:mi sitio web <>\n";
    $mailheaders .="Reply to:$sender_email\n\n";
    $msg"EMAIL ENVIADO DESDE WWW SITE\n";
    $msg .="Nombre del que envía:$sender_name\n";
    $msg .="Mensaje:$message\n\n";
    mail($to,$subject,$msg,$mailheaders);
    echo
    "<p>EL MAIL HA SIDO ENVIADO CON EXITO</p>";

    ?>
    </body>
    </html>
    this php script is stored in c:/scripts.
    In Ms-dos I type this:
    C:\Archivos de programa\Easyphp\php>php.exe c:/scripts/mail2.php
    And the tester mail is sent to objobj@hotmail.com instantly.
    But I only want to sent it once to three months...
    Have I forgotten to read anything?where I have to write the time?
    Regards from Spain.

    Hmm... Well, I'm not familiar with windows scheduled tasks. I pointed you to that thread because they were discussing exactly what you wanted to do. But you are right, it doesn't say where you have to write the time. Although, in the link on that thread it says something about some parameters when running the php.exe files, did you get something when you ran it?

    Not sure what to do then, as I said I've never used that function before. Maybe if you post on that thread they can help you out.

    Edit:

    Nevermind, you just did.
