    refresh page each time loaded in firebird

    hi all

    at work, i use firebird and whenever i press the back button the page
    i go back to will reload, but at home when i press the back button
    the page will not reload, and show the old one

    is there some way i can enable this at home
    cos i think it's annoying

    i want to refresh every time the page is loaded
    whether back or forward, wat eva

    What browser do you use at home? I think IE has a setting where you can turn off caching. Well actually...whatever browser you're using (IE, firebird, etc.) just look throught the browsers setting and find the one that talks about "caching" and turn it off.
