Hi. On my website, I decided to go "the cool/fun way" and use frames. Now, my main page is its own little section, with a cool homemade MATRIX animation in the upperleft corner and a navigation bar on the left side below the animation. Pretty cool site, in my opinion, with poetry, artwork, and some awesome links. One problem. visit my site here:

after the cool little intro animation (which only fast browsers will see in a few seconds after loading) the main site loads. Cool. Now, try to visit the links, on the side bar below the MATRIX animation. WHAT HAPPENED!?!?!?!
You know exactly what happened.
Is there anyway for me to link the navbar frame to the mainpage frame, so that when I click on one link it only changes the larger mainpage section? view my source code if you need too. It would be fantastic if you could simply send me an edited version of my own source code.
Thank you so much, and I hope that whomever reads this will be able to help me. Just in case my e-mail isn't listed (im new here) here it is:
careless@wazaam.com
Again, thanks.
