    2CheckOut - Question about payments / shipping

    I just had to switch to 2CheckOut because of a problem with my Paysystems account and have a question for any 2CO users out there...

    I use ClientExec, so don't really know what variables it passes to the 2CO system when sending a client to the payment screen. I was wondering if I need to mark orders shipped for them to be processed (and for me to get paid).

    Has anyone had any experience with this?

    I'm not familiar with clientexec, but I use my own custom order script and I do not mark orders 'shipped' for my account as it's for hosting (is this what you're using your account for?).

    Since I'm over here in Australia I've been letting it build up to a couple of k before I withdrawl it (I too, swapped from paysystems to 2checkout!) and havn't been payed yet through them, so can't comment on that part.

    Yes, you must mark it "shipped" to get paid. That's a regulation set down by Visa.
