    2Checkout: Stupid bank details never set

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    I have had a 2CO account for about 2 or 3 months and I have entered my bank details 3 times during that time and they never set. So, my money is just sitting in there... so annoying.

    Trying to get it figured out with support. But, I am only following the instructions on the page and it does nothing...

    Have you tried to call them also: 1-877-294-0273 - that might be better?

    I believe we were getting to that. The last support e-mail said I was gonna have to contact them. If it was a long distance number, I was gonna have a problem with that. I only have one phone line, though... maybe I can borrow someones cell phone, since they want to "walk me through it."

    Got it figured out, finally. It seems that I can't have an apostrophe in my name as far as the Beneficiary Name in the wizard is concerned.

    Hey Corey, how did you find out their contact number? I was unable to find the number in their site LOL! By the way, is this their only contact number? Is it a 24X7 tech support line? (Probably not eh! LOL)

    Hm well I went to the Contact Us & said I am a customer: http://www.2checkout.com/contact_b.html - yeah I know but it would be a start. If I wanted answers I would call anyone & talk to a real live person LOL
