I am unable to run any version of Netscape on my PC in work, no matter what version I install (after uninstalling all) I get an illegal operation msg. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Which versions are you trying to install? Also, can you try Mozilla or Firebird instead? They share the same rendering engine as Netscape.Originally Posted by Daz
Actually I take it back, I just managed to install and successfully run Netscape 7.01. It's any version before version 6 I've had problems with.
You mean the 4.xx series that’s strange maybe you have to install the Netscape Communicator 4.7x before the Netscape 6.x Mozilla Builds, I have both running on my own machine and had no issues, perhaps profiles are conflicting.
