CSS and Image Swap on Reload

    Hi

    On a Website I'm planning I've created a header/ banner in two parts/
It is intended that the first part of the banner (comprising the bulk of it) will remain unchanged, but the second part will be a photo of a staff member which will change from refresh to refresh/vistit to visit.

I've seen a Javascript that will do this
    http://www.csus.edu/web/tutorials/reloadswap.htm

But can CSS do the same?

    Thanks

CSS alone cannot do this, as it is merely static. You would need some scripting/programming language like Javascript/PHP/... to provide such a function. In that, CSS might be used to specify the images used as backgrounds if useful, but thats about all i can think of.
Somebody correct me if i am wrong
