Not much changes that I noticed from MX2003 to MX2004. Except the looks & interface is pretty good & now it sports an MDI interface which means that you can open multiple files in a single Window.

The CSS support is nice. Most designs show up true in the Layout editor.

Another thing is like is that it won't let you write font tags. For many reasons I always have to create one time use single pages and I've always just peppered them with fonts. If the page would get approved or moved to a public enviorment I always had to recode that part. Same thing goes for the rest of our team. The content guy and the database guy also make changes to the webpages using Dreamweaver. Now they can make nice CSS instead of fonts. Saves me about 5 hours a week already cleaning up font tags. It's already paid for itself twice over in man hours.

But one thing that I like more than any other in the MX series & which was not in 4.0 or earlier versions is the little code help menus that pop up when you are writing code by hand. This feature like that of Microsoft Visual Studio is a great one in both Dreamweaver & Flash MX.

Yep, its on ours too. I just used a trial though, so I don't know how easy/hard it is to get it activated.

I agree... It sure would be nice to get a copy at work instead of having to handcode everything.
