I know I'm older than dirt now cause most of this stuff I've never heard of or maybe I have and don't recognize the names. There is a song that plays on the radio alot I love but I have no idea who the artist is. It's a female artist and the background vocals are singing in rap style. Any ideas? Starts off slow but ends in an upbeat tempo.

Missy Eliot, maybe? There's a lot of music out there, no one of any age can keep track of it all.

Yeah, have any more details? Maybe I'm old as dirt, I still don't know exactly what song you are talking about. Missy Eliot is just my favorite pop contemporary rap artist. gets played a lot so that's not a bad bet.
