    If a user has Javascript disabled but stylesheets enabled, your page will never show. I highly recommend you NOT do this; it gives the appearance of slower load times and won't work on about 11% of people's browsers (11% have JS disabled).

    Tell your client that likewise, he will not be allowed to see his site until it is completely finished - as deemed by you. When the site is 100% perfect according to your specifications he will then and only then be allowed to see what you have spent so many months creating.
